Traditional Pork Rillette, Cornish Charcuterie

Made from the meat of free ranging Lop pigs which are born and reared on the Producers own farm. The pork is slow poached in duck fat, shredded and lightly seasoned to enhance the flavour of the meat, not disguise it! This ambient product has a 9 month shelf life (unopened) and does not need refrigerating prior to opening.
