We will make every effort to deliver your groceries on the day you have ordered for, and between the hours of 2pm and 6pm.

However, we regret that we cannot accept responsibility if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery is made to the address specified on the order form, therefore please ensure we have the correct delivery address and a suitable contact telephone number.

Our delivery driver will knock your door, then place your shopping on the doorstep. They will then maintain a suitable distance for your to answer the door and collect your shopping.

On receipt of the goods, if they are found to be incomplete, incorrect or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We shall at our discretion, replace or give commensurate credit for any defective goods.
